WHAT YOU CAN AND CAN’T DO WITH MY ART/DESIGNS:› _{You can't use my art/designs for commercial purposes. They're for personal use only.}› _{DO NOT, AND I REPEAT, DO NOT USE MY ART FOR NFTS.}› _{You can't claim it as your own.}› _{You can’t use it on hate posts or anything of the sort.}› _{You can post it, but you are only allowed to use the signed version of it AND add credits (If you are posting it in a social media site I'm not in, just link the social media you know me from to your post!)}› _{You can use it as your icon/header for your social media, again, with credits.}› _{Emotes can be used in Twitch, Discord, Whatsapp (since these are the only social media sites I know use emotes).}› _{If I consider that you should no longer be able to use the art, I can revoke your rights to use it on public. Do not violate any of the above, I don't want any trouble.}FOR ADOPTS› _{Adopts are able to be resold. Once it’s yours you may up the price or lower it as much as you want.}
› _{If you do resell the adopt, you must link my social of your preference as the “original creator” or “designer”.}
› _{I extremely discourage use of my adopts in any type of harassment or disgusting behavior (ex. it being used for pro-ship stuff).}
› _{You don’t need to add credits on every instance you introduce them, but make sure to acknowledge that it is an adopt.}
› _{You can do anything you want with them that’s not in the list of stuff you can’t do, so have fun!}What to expect from my work?› _{PAY FIRST, I WILL NOT BEGIN THE PIECE IF I AM NOT PAYED AND I WILL NOT HAGGLE, THE PRICES WILL NOT CHANGE FOR YOU.}› _{Sadly, I am very slow when it comes to this kind of stuff. If you establish a deadline (ONLY IF NECESSARY, LIKE A BIRTHDAY OR VIDEO) I will get it on time, but the deadline can only be 1 week minimum! If a deadline is NOT established, expect it to be done (depending on the quality of the piece) in the span of 2 months. If any changes to the time span that is expected, I will inform you.}› _{You are allowed to check up on your piece whenever you want!
I will send you two versions of the piece, one with my sign and other without it, you CANNOT post the signless piece anywhere! It is restricted for personal use. See up above for more instructions on this.}› _{When it comes to refunds, there are no refunds. If you don't like it, you can ask me to change the piece and I will but I can't do refunds. You have 2 days (48 hours) to take it back, I will start to work on the piece after this time period.}FOR ADOPTS› _{And as always, there’s no refunds available! Just change the adopt for another one that you want! (they have to be the same price, or if you want a way pricey one you can pay the extra for it) So if you don't like it, you have a 48h (2 days) period to change it for another adopt.}› _{I will send you two versions of the piece, one with my sign and other without it, you CANNOT post the signless piece anywhere!
